I wrotte about CC (capillary schedule) in my recent posts. This is one of the best hair recovery proces I have ever used. In the sea of different products, comertials that make you spend money and your hair’s needs it might be so difficult to find right product and the right way to use it. My first post about CC you can read HERE.

I started with CC in december 2018. and I got great result during this time. My first combinations were:
Hydration: Genera hair mask + glycerine
Nutrition: Genera hair mask + oil
Rekonstruction: Genera hair mask + liquid keratine
This version was cheap and I did not get wanted results. This mask is the worst choice and I used just this mask in every phase of CC. Then I bought different mask for every phase of CC. HERE you can read how I choose masks and I hope this will help you buy right product. If your budget is low and you can not aford three different masks, invest in good hydration mask. Whit this type of mask you can easily mix with other ingridients.
Hydration
In this phase we return water into the pile. It is optimal do do this once a week. The hair gets great shape after this phase, looks healtlier and hydration reduces frizz and gives extra shine. Now I am going to share my favourite hydration recipies.
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE (two main hydration ingridients)
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE+PANTHENOL
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE +CORN STRACH GEL
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE +PANTHENOL+CORN STRACH GEL
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE +SEMI DI LINO AMPUL(this is great for hair shine)
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE +HONEY
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE +PANTHENOL+COCONUT WATER
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE+SUGAR
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE+CARROT HONEY
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE+ALOE VERA GEL
- HAIR MASK+GLYCERINE+BLENDED BANNANE (you can use other fruit too accept avocado)
Nutrition
This phase of CC returns lipids and minerals into the pile. For this phase coconut oil is the best choice. You can use it in different ways. I used to put it on my hair and leave it overnight. It was messy and I have made my pilow and everything around me oily but my hair was gorgeous. You can skip this messy method and take one of next recipies:

Rekonstruction
In this phase we return proteins into the pile. Our hair is made of water and proteins so you can see how important proteins are. Do not exagerate with them. Phases of hydration and nutrition can be done once a week and rekonstruction just once or twice a month.
- BIOSLINE MASK WITH FITOKERATINE (I do not mix this mask with other ingridients but you can do it and sve money becouse this mask is little bit expensive)
- HAIR MASK+APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- HAIR MASK+EGG WHITE
- HAIR MASK+ EGG WHITE+ONE SPOON OF LIQUID KERATINE
- HAIR MASK+LIQUID KERATINE
How to use recipies?
Wash your hair just with shampoo, do not use conditioner. Leave your hair in towel for a while. Mix recipie and put on wet hair. Wrap the hair with plastic wrap and put towel over it to get extra warmness. After 30-40 minutes rinise it out and wash your hair with shampoo and use conditioner. How to find out what kind of CC your hair really needs?
Wash your hair just with shampoo and take one pile and put it in transparent glass of water. Wait for 2 hours. If the pile is on the surface of water you have low porosity hair. If it is in the middle of glass you have middle porosity hair. If the pile is on the bottom your hair is high porosity hair.
Low porosity hair CC
If you wash your hair once a week and you have low porosity hair follow next steps:
- 1st week: hydration
- 2nd week: nutrition
- 3rd week: hydration
- 4th week: rekonstruction
If you wash your hair twice a week follow this:
- 1st week: hydration / nutrition
- 2nd week: hydration/ rekonstruction
- 3rd week: hydration / nutrition
- 4th week: hydration / nutrition
Middle and high porosity hair
If you wash your hair once a week follow this CC
- 1st week: hydration
- 2nd week: rekonstruction
- 3rd week: nutrition
- 4th week: rekonstruction
And if you wash your hair twice a week follow next CC (I think this is the best CC for demidged hair):
- 1st week: hydration / nutrition
- 2nd week: hydration/ rekonstruction
- 3rd week: hydration / nutrition
- 4th week: hydration / rekonstruction
As you can see middle and high porosity hair need more proteins in combination with nutrition and hydration. Low porosity hair needs small amount of proteins becouse they can “wooden” low porosity hair.
I must explain one thing about CC. Example: If you do hydration on monday do not do another phase of CC in next 48 hours. For me is the best to wait untill thursday and then do the next phase. In this way the hair takes everything what it needs.
CC is for everyone. You can use it allways and the results will come quickly (after one or three months) depends on the structure and condition of your hair. Please do not miss the phases and do the proper CC for your hair type. If you do this one week and another you do not have time or you forget, do not expect great results. You owe yourself to have great hair!
